Whoa, is Beverly playing with the 17's?? Isn't that two ages above his grade level? I thought he was playing 16s.... In "regular" AAU I thought he would naturally play 15U, based on grade, and then play up to 16U. Am I wrong here? Just curious.

16U is at Clemson this week end for Big Shots, I believe. They will be at Boo Williams with 17U next week end.

 

As far as Beverly, they brought him up after Hatton departed for added depth and because they felt he was too good to be playing at the 16U level.
