A valid point, perhaps, if there was any other team in the 13th the caliber of Madison Central and DeSales ... frankly, I don't see one.

Both of these teams play the toughest competition in the state night in and night out. They would all have their way with the 13th Region teams not named South Laurel. Bad comparison.

Well, let's just call off the rest of the regular season, crown South Laurel 13th regions champs and let them concentrate on the state tournament!

Corbin easily handled a very good Madison Central team the last time they played with a team that did not even make the regional tournament and DeSales beat us in 3 0t's last November(nevermind, wrong sport). :jump:

What relevance does a game played two years ago have this season?

None whatsoever, if the Hounds beat South this season then we can all talk about it....til then South is the king. They are good and should win the region........... NO one is going to kiss their state rings and bow down to the Cards............. Respect and fear are two different things.....all teams respect South, But none of the top five teams fear them....worst case is that they score more points than you and win.......nothing more nothing less......it is an easy pick to say they win the region hands down.......It is g oing out on limb to say that someone else may have a chance......I think not....all teams have a chance............some more than others....let the games begin.
