I'm good with this!

Reds have to have the most overpaid setup man in baseball.

Just call them 2 closers if it makes you feel better. You're all about the numbers anyway.

So when Leake starts going out there and getting shelled every 5th day, where do they turn? Just keep running him out there to get his brains beat in?

What if he doesn't?

What if he doesn't?

Pretty safe bet based on how he did last year and how he's has been the worst option in Spring Training.

Call up Corcino.

Do they not have 5 starters in Louisville? or do they just have all relief pitchers down there.?

 Yeah, because those guys don't suck.

Well if you only have 5 on the mlb roster, you have to put the rest of them somewhere. Maybe if the Reds just sell off the rest of their Minor league teams they could afford more higher quality starters.

Mark Prior? :idunno:

All Leake has to do this year is win 10 games and the Reds will be fine. Heck he could have done that last year cause I think he led the Reds pitchers with most ND after leaving game with the lead last year. Not too hard of a goal there. Leake is what he is, a 5th starter. Everyone's got them, and Leake is a servicible option for that slot. For some reason I always feel like Cincinnati fans in every sport expect superstars at every position, and if they aren't they are trash. Every World Series team has "trash".

But with a 20 win starter a potential 20 win starter, another stud starter, and a very good 4th starter with a servicible 5th starter, the Reds rotation is a top 3 league rotation. Can't wait for the season to start!
