With all that said, it would be great for business if Beechwood hired Fredrick so have at it Suzy!

Business? What advertising on BGP?

I can see you are feeling good tonight.

With Fredrick, like Clyde pointed out, the guy has a huge upside but at the same time part of that upside will clash with the Beechwood culture and that clash will be good for business on BGP.

He did go to BW and tour the football locker room and weight room facilities with coach Rash, this is what I have been told by a reliable source. Supposedly he and coach Rash are old high school friends from Lloyd.

Why would Joe Frederick want to get involved with coaching? Isn't he a successfull sales executive at a local radio station?

I have spoken with Joe before and he definitely knows his hoops and is pretty intense but I would be surprised if he got into coaching HS basketball.

Dude loves hoops. Loves working with the players. Has coached in AAU. Youngest is now out of school so he's got time. Makes sense to me.

Is he interested in moving from WV since Brannen was named?

In most cases the total staff turns over. He was contacted by Coach Rash about the basketball vacancy before Miller ever knew he was not being renewed. The football staff was informed before Miller. Now let's count, the football coach is from Lloyd, the baseball coach is from Lloyd, a lot of the tuition students are from Lloyd, the head of the athletic boosters is from Lloyd, the football staff member who was with Rash during the tour is from Lloyd...Hmmm...now a candidate for the basketball job is from Lloyd. Interesting, how must power does Noel Rash and his staff have over Beechwood Athletic and should he!!!

^ No wonder Lloyd can't find a coach, they are all at Beechwood!

I am going to be very direct ... this is the biggest crock of bull I have ever read.

Not sure there could be a bigger fabrication in the history of this website.

Noel gives about 30 tours a week ... everyone from Moms/Dads to Joe Truck Driver who hopped the guardrail on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

A lot of tuition students from Lloyd? In 16 years ... I can name ONE.

It is amazing to me that we go from Friday night with Clyde .... to now we have Coach Rash is the ultimate hiring/firing authority at Beechwood.

Well ... I can tell you this ... I am part of the football staff ... and we did not know before everyone else.

I am also not a Lloyd graduate ... so I guess I need to worry about my job (I may never sleep again .... )

You need to be very careful if you plan to head down this road.

Coach Rash has had a solid working relationship with the former basketball coach (if there are any questions about that ... maybe someone needs to talk to the common denominator in the middle ... )

Not to mention ... our staff has worked with the former basketball coach in many different areas (me being one) ... and there were ZERO bad feelings with all involved.

I think we have finally reached the point where your comments have logic has left the conversation.

Your arguments have went from defending the former coach--to crossing so far over the line .. you are damaging his credibility without him even posting here.

Not sure you guys could come up with a better plot ....

Adding another point to refute a pathetic argument

"Friday night with Clyde"

Fair enough, but let me pose a question. Why all the tours by Coach Rash? 30 a week? Beechwood only has what 300 kids in the school? So why all the tours?

Parents, alumni, parents of alumni, past players, people from the community, family (including mine), coaches from other areas, I wasn't lying about the truck driver on a Sunny Saturday afternoon .... my thought is that in his eyes ... the building belongs to and is there because of the community. So ... he makes sure that those people get to see it.

Heck ... I remember a night at a scrimmage where he took 15 coaches from one staff (which is funny after We were the ones accused of "spying" on them .... )

Everything I've said is true.

On the island of Clyde ... I am sure it is .....

Keep patting yourself on the back there .... anyone can repeat something that someone said ... and feel like an internet tough guy (that's probably the only thing you have ...)

From what I know of the real truth ... you have hit about 4% (yes .. that is FOUR PERCENT)

You really have something to be proud of.

Contrary to popular opinion (which consists of you only) you are not the ultimate insider. You get some cheap thrill out of being the "guy in the know" ... you are frequently wrong ... and when refuted ... your standard claim is "I said I heard" ... yeah well ... trust me ... we know you heard. What you haven't realized yet .. is that you usually hear it from the wrong people.
