He's dealing with a death in the family right now. I haven't spoken to him. I thought the committee was suppose to select the candidates Wed or Thurs night do I figured we'd know who they are by today.

I was just simply given my opinion on who I think would be more beneficial to that program, in terms of experience, and resources and knowledge of the game. As well as his own back ground and experience, in the two jobs he has had he was a winner in both places, I wasn't saying there wasn't any other good coaches who can't I was just given my opinion. But if he has pulled his name out or has never applied then it doesn't matter

So where are you getting this information? Do you know someone on the committee? How many people will be interviewed for the position? When will these interviews take place? Who is the name mentioned in the thread?
