Hey Slick, you like the words, "you have no clue", because it seems like you use those words in lot of your rplies! So if their were thirty & they interviewed four, what are their names? You know what, I don't think you have a clue & you just blow smoke.....

I have heard that there were 6 interviews. These were held Monday Wednesday, And Friday of last week. The selection committee interviewed 3 Assistants from Northern Kentucky, Offensive Coordinator from a 5A school in Central Kentucky and 2 out of state candidates. Decision should happen within the next few days.

I'm more curious to know who the coordinator out of central KY was. I was told that the guy was successful but moving from 5A to 2A doesn't make a lot of sense IMO.

Lloyd Memorial has a lot of Tradition, two (2) State Championships!!! One in 1965 and another in 1976! Granted they have not won any in this century but they have some outstanding young players!!! I am sure they have winning blood llines, becausse some of their fathers played on that 1976 team that won the State Title under Coach Daughtery! Jack Turner, coached the team in the championship game in 1965, & Coach, Roy Lucas, was one of his assistant.

Moving from coordinator to the big chair makes a lot of sense to lots of assistants. NKY is also a desirable place to live.

I would have to agree with that. With Florence and Cincinnati so close there is plenty to do. I'm hearing that the coordinator was from Franklin County. Not sure now if it was offense or defense because earlier i had heard Offense but someone else said defense. Hopefully we can get some concrete information on this job soon.

If you are going to talk about a coach and his success at Lloyd, perhaps you should at least spell his name correctly.
