CCH at Holmes I would think Holmes has advantage?

Featured Replies

I seen that Schu broke out of scoring slump,if you can call it that and will that be enough for CCH or will Bolden carry Holmes to District title with his supporting cast?

I smells an upset. CC 74-69. Hot shooting continues. If so, Other District "Winners" will get surprise package in the 2 loss dogs.

Hmm hard to sustain that hot shooting against a quick team that has had their number for a long time now. But would not be a huge upset for CovCath to win. Still being on Holmes floor makes it tougher.

Cov Cath 66 Holmes 59. Too much interior defense for Cov Cath with Tobler and Schu who is playing well.

Hypothethically (not focusing on any specific player's condition)... if you have a player who is on the mend from a nagging injury, would you rest him in the District Finals and save him for the Regionals?

Always want to win. The higher seed is nice to have but the District runner-up gets a ticket to the BOK dance just like the champ.

I would be tempted to hold out the player on the mend and save him for the Regionals.

It depends. If he has missed several Games, I'd play him. Rhythm & continuity are important.

If its just a nagging injury that he can play through, play him but use him sparingly. I don't like the idea of going at less than 100% in the postseason, even if tomorrow is guaranteed.

That might be the best way to go. Play him, but hedge a bit. :thumb:

Hopefully there is not a let down after beating Holy Cross, that game loomed for a month or so and was in reality a huge game once Holmes locked up the 1 seed. Regardless of who wins, two of the top teams in the region will be at the BOK and no one wants to play either. It will be a big draw this weekend.

I would reach the 7th level of shock if this happened.

I agree!!

Fred killed Holmes the first time they met..Schuh was close to a double double...Holmes will have to do a good job on both if they are going to win.

I look at it as Ruthsatz will get his one way or another. Can't let Pauly have an HC like game either.
