Why do you think Mike Listerman wouldn't jump at the chance, and wouldn't be a good fit????

 

The only hangup I see is finding him a teaching position. He is a math teacher.

 

Oh, I think Listerman would definitely jump at the chance to coach again at HHS. My question is what does he bring to the Birds besides old school methods of coaching that would make them jump at the chance to offer him a position?

Listerman might like to return to Highlands. What skill set does he bring to the table that Highlands would welcome the return?

I also think Listerman would be interested along with Josh Feldman. The cupboard is not bare. You just need a coach that gets involve with the youth and understands the importance of football in the community and has passion and shares it with the kids!! JB and Dale understand what it takes! Look how many kids came out for baseball. Success breeds success and fun trumps all. I am sure it is going to be interesting.
