Where will Jason Hatcher land?

Just asking. The Trinity folks know him a lot better than overly optimistic UK fans.

Very true. They don't, unless they're family, know him better than the UK coaching staff though.

True. They have proven to know exactly what they are doing. (sarcasm)

More so than the three posters on here who have issue with the young man.

And yes, the new staff has shown they actually have a plan and a method of executing that plan.

Three said it publicly.

I don't want him any more then :eyeonyou:

:ohbrother: Thus the reason you brought all this up... take shots at UK fans. I am shocked.

I'll wait for the results on the field and not the preseason recruiting rankings chart before I weigh in on that.

I've always pulled for UK football. Nice try.

What does that have to do with taking shots at the fans?

Let's say this, the grumblings out of Trinity may temper my expectations of him a little bit but by no means makes me want him in blue any less.

I was just curious. As I said, I can't imagine myself or anyone at Boyle County or Bowling Green publicly hoping that a kid would choose to go to the rival of their favorite college program. No Boyle/UK fans wanted Lamar at UL and no Boyle/UL fans wanted Lamar at UK. Sorry but that just seems strange to me.

That's all I was asking from the jump.:idunno::idunno:

Never met the Hatcher kid once in my life. Have seen him play multiple times. The kid is a stud.

Face it folks: some kids are very immature in high school; particularly star athletes. Some of them grow out of it in college. Whether due to just maturing with age; or due to them no longer being the stud that they were in high school as a result of being on a team of players that were all stars themselves in high school; or due to college coaches getting control of them.

The biggest problem I have with a Trinity supporter now talking about how he or she is glad that Hatcher is not going to UL is evidently he or she was fine with the Hatcher kid being on Trinity's team. Never once saw any posts from a Trinity fan questioning Hatcher's behavior while he was playing for Trinity. Furthermore, if Hatcher was such a bad egg, why did Beatty keep him on the team? Was it because Hatcher really wasn't that bad or was it because Beatty placed winning ahead of only having players on Trinity's team that represented the Trinity mission?

If Hatcher signs with UK, I'll be thrilled as pete. If he is a bad egg, I hope that he'll realize the opportunity he has, change his behavior and not waste a great opportunity to get a free education and perhaps play in the NFL someday. I admit that some bad eggs don't figure it out. If that's the case with Hatcher, I have a feeling Stoops will know how to handle it.

For the record, I am a Trinity/UK alumni and fan. I don't know where he will end up. His mom says she is not even sure. I would love to have Jason at UK and a dozen more like him. Some of the posts in this thread are really quite funny.

Multiple USC sites now reporting that Jason Hatcher has decommitted from USC and will not sign with the Trojans
