December 31, 201213 yr How is the Furman / Hawkins show on 1360 doing? In the AM I listen mostly to Mike and Mike on ESPN1530 but will switch to Furman/Hawkins on 1360 at times. I will choose Gamble and local sports over Furman. I will listen to WLW for 5 minutes at the top of the hour for news/traffic/weather and then move to the sports talk for something entertaining. Hawkins is horrible. Just horrible...

December 31, 201213 yr Hawkins is horrible. Just horrible... And still better than Furman, who is borderline unlistenable for me. Hawkins is getting better with experience. I cut him slack because he is relatively new. I would enjoy John Thornton getting a gig. I like what he does when he is on other shows.

I have never been a big fan of Furman, Trumpy called him the Carnival Barker and that pretty much summarized about 70% of Furman's shtick. On occasion he would have some very good interviews, but it was too few and far between.

The Furball and the Hawk are terrible. Anything Andy Furman does is awful. How does that loudmouth keep getting back on radio? As for Gamble returning, I think that could be a good thing but I agree he will need Skinny to make his show interesting and entertaining.

I haven't figured out how Andy Furman ever gets on the radio. I will not listen to any station that has him on it. Gamble would be much better than Furman. Marcel Marceau would be better on the radio than Furman.
