Btw to clear up any confusion, I think the Officers were nuts for performing this kind of search on a stop. I don't even know if its legal...it's just nasty to me. :lol:

Evidently he did not have the right to perform that kind of search. Just like the UK cop didn't have the right to perform his search. The only difference? The Texas officer is only suspended right now and not terminated--although it seems as though is where this is headed. There has been talk of changing the officers with sexual assault.

The female officer did not change gloves during the whole incident. She should have been charged with multiple sex crimes. She searched their anuses first and then moved to their vaginas which could lead to a serious infection. That was bad enough but then she used the same set of gloves for both searches. Not only were the inspections bogus but the way that she conducted them is criminal.

That's disgusting. This is one of those rare instances where I hope the victim sues the daylights out of the officer.

I think that depends on how the sexual assault laws read in Texas. I wonder if intent has anything to do with it and if they could prove they had any intent other than searching for drugs.

 

Either way it is nasty and I don't know why someone would go this far to find some weed.

Not that it matters a whole lot, but the ladies didn't react like there was.....penetration. I know if a finger went in my rectum (darn near killed em) I would have some kinda reaction.
