UNBELIEVABLE!!

I cannot believe those two women stood there and let that officer feel them up plus stick her hand down their pants like that without asking for a warrant, or an attorney! Do people not know what their basic rights are anymore? Did they not take U.S. Civics?

^The "feeling up" as you put it was fine. And a good idea to get a female officer to do it, however going inside clothing without feeling any contraband during the frisk, not so smart...

Most of us were raised to obey police officers. When you are in the presence of authority, you are supposed to comply. Those ladies were doing what they thought was right, which quickly got out of control.

Unfortunately, it takes a jerk like the kid at UK, to remind us all that we do have rights.

True, although I wonder how far those two women would have let it go before they started asking questions? Strip search? Cavity search? Who knows?

As to the UK kid, he was a jerk; but you're right that he was also a reminder to everyone of their rights.

So 2 girls going for a ride to the casino and the officer thinks they have hidden weed in their butt crack? I think that would make for an uncomfortable ride.

I thought the driver was being evasive in how she answered the questions. Not evasive enough to do the search they did but certainly enough for him to be suspicious. Especially if he actually smelled marijuana.

Just thinking it would be hard to shove up your crack while sitting in a car. Especially where that cop searched.

I've never said checking internally roadside was ok, just outside the clothes
