December 11, 201213 yr I had a beer once with Bushwick Bill! No Everclear? I remember going to "The Crown" during my Jr year for a rap concert. Unreal how many groups they had that night (Tribe, Ice-T, PE, Getto Boys, Mc Breed, Queen Latifah) It was shortly after they had released the MPTOM single. They acted as if their set was over the Bushwick said "If you think we're done then your mind is playing tricks on you", the place went nuts.

December 11, 201213 yr Side note - Was the greatest era of Hip Hop 1988-1997? In a genre that changes so fast, that's a full decade that covers a LOT of different stuff. Put it this way: in this great 'era', you're covering "It Takes Two" by MC Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock all the way through "I'll Be Missing You" by Puff Daddy and Faith Evans.
