I agree with you on that, college dropout came out when I was a junior in high school and it was awesome at the time. I love pretty much everything on it, I really liked Kanye when he first came out (although he produced before he started rapping). However, I just think he's took a nose dive since those days, whether it be ego driven, commercially driven, or whatever reason. I just can't stand the dude now.

This list is garbage. I am so sick of the holier than thou hip hop crowd that acts like The Message, Planet Rock, Rappers Delight and all of those other top 10 songs are the GOAT. None of those songs listed by those folks in the top 10 aren't even those artist's best songs. With the exception of the top 3 songs and those 3 top 3 songs sucked when I was kid. They suck even worse now. This list is wack.

That's fair. I have trouble with "greatest" lists because they necessarily mean that popularity is a part of the equation. Never been a requirement for "best."

Straight Outta Compton is on there. He absolutely CRUSHES the last verse on that track. I absolutely have that one somewhere in my top 20, if not in my top 10. The production on it is unreal.
