Like wheat being sifted from the chaff, we finally expose all the Bluebird "posers" out there. Personally, I don't think I have to see old footage of Frisk. I've heard so much about this kid over the past several years that he's got to be in the top 2. AC was my pick simply because he made the other players look like middle schooler's. Haven't seen a player like him to this date.

Would of loved to see Justin's final numbers if he would of played a full 60 quarter season. We figured it up one cold snowy night that he only played in 45 quarters his senior year. He is Mr. Football running away(no pun intended) that year with Rushing TD's and Throwing TD's. Justin had quite a few HB throws that year for either big gains or TD's. Anybody remember his Junior year against Leslie Co & Tim Couch in the Semi finals. Just when you thought 4 TD's and over 300 yards rushing wasn't enough and he couldn't possibly do anything else. HHS went for 2 and while Justin was rolling left he threw the 2 point conversion with his Left hand for a strike. All of our jaws dropped knowing he was right handed!! LOL.

 

Justin had a keen sense of knowing when it was time for "Primetime". Him knowing that there was 3 news Helicopters parked in Death Valley there to see Tim Couch and one of the largest crowds to witness a game at DCM was enough to get him in his zone. And when you put Justin in his zone, he was unstoppable....Period!!

Justin was pretty incredible. Football was his gift, where focusing on things outside of football weren't. I can't imagine were it not for his academics, he could have made most any D1 program happy to have him.
