The latest one is from the Owensboro area. Just finished playing football last Friday, Moved this week. I am sure there hasn't been time on his status as of yet. Believe the kid from Shelby Co is cleared. The kid from Vegas , I am not sure.

 

He is listed on the KHSAA website as being eligible at this months meeting.

How is LexCath top 10? I haven't gotten a top 10 vibe from them yet. I know they have Whitman. What else do they have?

 

They have a couple of more long, tall 4's and 5's and a number of wing players that can shoot the three, in the halfcourt or in transition.

 

Their weakness is the point guard spot.

With the talent Henry Clay has, if they can only get a number 7 ranking, this should be a fun year to watch Ky highschool basketball.

One team from the 9th and 10th regions. These two used to be just a small step behind the Lexington and Louisville schools. Doesn't seem that way anymore.

 

Newport Catholic is going to be very good this year. May not be in the rankings now. Will be by March.
