I disagree 100%. U of L is notorious for playing to the level of their competition....and I don't see them getting blown out.

I hope that UL wins enough to get to a BCS game.....and then draws an SEC or FSU..... I think they have speed...and an elite QB...that can make things interesting.

I think 5-4 based on the above. That said, given that the games would be at home, I don't think sneaking a win in at least one of USC, MSU or UGA would be out of the question. And even though we're not there yet, I think Louisville could conceivably win all of Kentucky's final three games against Vanderbilt, Samford and Tennessee. So I think 8-4 is completely realistic.

Two SEC teams will likely make BCS bowls, and the Big East champ could conceivably play the SEC second choice in the Sugar Bowl.

How it is shaking out it could be LSU, Georgia, or Florida going to the Sugar. None of those teams are that good offensively and I think UL would benefit greatly from that. Now if for some reason Bama loses in the SEC title game and goes up against UL, that would get real ugly.

I think the only chance of that happening is this weekend down in Baton Rouge... and even then I don't give it much chance. Then they finish out with consecutive home games against A&M, Western Carolina and Auburn. That said, CBS had a Bama-Louisville matchup in the Sugar Bowl as their prediction for about the first five weeks of the season. I don't want that at all.

I could see Louisville beating USC and Georgia. They both have stunk up the place in games they were supposed to win. Georgia is lucky to have not lost more games than they have. Their QB is not very good.

If Louisville were good enough to play with elite SEC teams they would be killing the Big East teams they play. Example 2010 Sugar Bowl Florida vs Cincy the Bearcats give up a ton of yards to an average SEC offense. Whatever division Louisville would be in the SEC they would be in the middle of the pack.

The big east champ usually goes to the orange bowl unless they are in the top 5 in the BCS rankings where they would go to the sugar bowl

Based on the schedule they have played, I would likely say 5-4; possibly 6-3.
