Yes, they did beat us in the playoffs in '96 - that was the worst case of players "looking past" a team that I have ever witnessed. The Cougars played hard and won that game outright.

 

Cov Cath beat Conner at Conner in '97 in an EXTRAORDINARILY muddy game - moreso than Friday' night's game.

 

I don't believe Cov Cath and Conner played in the '98 season.

In 1998, Cov Cath won 14-7 in a regular season game.

If you want the real story, look up number of ejections for the season. Are there any more than the one that occurred on Friday night? If not, there are no more brawls.

You guys are funny.. 3 brawls? Not even close to being true. Hellbird got his feelings hurt when conner beat Cooper so he claims that a Conner player kicked a Cooper player in the head. Not true. There were no flags or elections in this supposed incident. Not sure what the other brawl is that you people are speaking of... Friday night was far from a brawl. Conner player defending himself and teammates from blatant attempts to go for injured players weak spots. Things got chippy, kids were tossed, not a brawl.. Maybe Santa will bring some of you guys a dictionary for Christmas, sounds like some need it. In the mean time, I'm sure you could Google search the definition of brawl and get back to us.

Thanks for briniging me into this argument. Since you did I will stand by what I said after that game and it had nothing to do with Cooper losing. I never once used any excuse for losing that game but since you have your panties in a bunch and brought me into this conversation all I will add is just because the officials didn't eject anyone doesn't mean the cooper player who was on the ground already did not have his helmet ripped off and hit genius. While you are at it, watch the film

There was only 1 scrum in the game, if you have a copy that shows the entire thing well after the play then you can't miss it.

The reason it's been dropped is simple and the same thing that has happened in the CCH game friday night. That is Conner fans will deny any wrongdoing from their players and CCH will do the same, so why even bother with it?

You are rightk, i went back a couple pages and followed the covo, you are right and I apologize to Drop the Hammer.

 

 

But with all that said, it occured, although I never called it a brawl, nothing close to that. The reason it was even mentioned back then was I was wondering wwhy the refs did nothing in that game to stop it fromm occuring because my concern was someone geetting hurt due to the officials not controlling the game and the tempers that were going off that gamee.

I brought you up because you acused a Conner player of kicking one of the Cooper kids. This, along with many others are saying how conner has gotten into several brawls this season which is completely false. And I have seen the Cooper film, multiple times. I've got it from several angles as well, still can't seem to find the Phantom kick.. I find it funny how many people are out there simply looking for something bad to say about conner. And when there isn't anything bad to say, they make stuff up.

 

By the way, my panties aren't in a bunch little buddy..
