That's what I was getting at with my previous post.

 

We're on the same page. We can't tell police officers to break laws in situations we do not like. I've said for years on here that I would not let an officer in my house to search for anything without a warrant. I've never touched a drug in my life and have nothing to hide BUT I expect police, like me, to follow the law.

That officer did an excellent job but guy like that are out looking for trouble and basically just major jerks.

I would say that's about perfect. Guy was jerk too.

The guys looking to trap officers like this are classless and deserve much worse than I will post.

You know that cop wanted nothing more than to tase the crap out of that guy! Sounds like he was just looking for a confrontation; he had all of his ducks in a row citing every court precedence he had already memorized. Sheesh.

It's obvious that some scream at the popo for not arresting the guy ahead of time. So?

That video shows exactly why I could never be an officer. I'd have tazed the guy then asked "any more questions?" My career would be short and not so sweet. The good ones have a ton of patience.

And if you can't see that what I'm saying relates to why the police try to stop and talk to people like this when they get calls, I don't know what to say.

And that's what's annoying about idiots like that is he's not as smart as he thinks he is. He MEMORIZED the information in a way so that he could quickly recite it, a third grader could do that. Would love to ask him about some other legal questions about something other than open carry laws, which he probably wouldn't have a clue in the world as to what the laws stated.
