This is a must win for both teams if they want to have a chance to play in the championship.

Both run the ball well. Highlands' passing game is improving. Both offenses will put up some points. I expect a win for Highlands 28 - 21.

Along similar lines to what was asked above, if the Highlands frosh win their last two games will they definitely get into the NKY frosh title game, or do they need some help with other teams losing.

Don't get ahead of yourself Beechwood still has to win out.

Are HHS and Ryle the only teams with 1 loss against NKy competition?

Does the winner of this game play Beechwood in the Frosh championship game?

If the Highlands and Beechwood win out they will play in the championship game..Ryle is a very very good frosh football team. Highlands will have to play their very best to win this game..GO BABY BIRDS!!! :ylsuper:

I heard that Lex McGregor is back for Ryle and he WILL be a difference maker as he will be the fastest player on the field and one of the strongest. Should be a good game.

I watched the kid run middle school track in the spring. He is an impressive looking kid both in terms of size and speed. Based on what I remember I would term him, "Elliottesque".

Anyone have any information on the Ryle frosh team? Do they run it most of the time or are they a passing team? Who are some players to watch and what positions do they play? How are their special teams?

Ryle Frosh run and pass the ball with authority. Several of Ryle's Frosh have varsity experience. The QB Morgan is an 8th grader who gets all of the reps on the FROSH team and the 8th Grade team. England and McGregor are superior athletes with big play potential every time they touch the ball.

I don't know how this team lost to Dixie, but every time I have seen this team (3 times now) they have been utterly dominant.

HHS Frosh are in for a real test.
