I hope not. Moving AJ to QB would be limiting the offensive threats. The reason AJ aand Morris made such a great duo is because of how good of runners they both are. If you take that threat out of the backfield you then end up without the huge threat AJ is or both running the ball and catching passes out of the backfield.

Everyone, I'm getting a little concerned about Fridaynightfan. I think we need to assemble a search party to locate him. Last I heard, he was spotted under the bleachers last night. Sure hope he's ok.

At a school the size of Cooper, I don't understand why a kid would wear all those hats.

I'm a little late to the conversation on this game but I was very impressed with Conners size and speed. QB Barker throws an excellent ball and runs well and Fogle is quite an exciting athlete on both sides of the ball. On this night Conner was the better team but I have to commend Coach Borchers Jaguars for their 3rd quarter comeback that made the game very interesting for most of the 2nd half. I will not be surprised if these 2 teams matchup again come playoff time. Congratulations to the Cougars on their win and good luck to both schools the rest of the year.

You are not alone there. But it is a lot like Fogle for Conner. He plays both sides, is the punter and kick return guy. AJ Collins and Morris are a lot like that.

No doubt that losing Morris would be a huge blow to Cooper. But I think Collins could do a manageable job at QB. Morris isn't really a pocket passer anyways, more of an athlete that plays QB IMO. His great plays he makes with his feet, either scrambling or running. I think Collins could do just as good a job. I think Coopers offense would just do more read options and QB keepers with Collins at QB. He's a good athlete and Cooper's gameplan was to get Collins the ball anyways. I think Cooper is better off with Collins at QB than the other kid so that they don't have to completely change their offense. I don't think he is as mobile IMO and that takes away the 2nd running threat in the backfield that Cooper had with Collins and Morris in the backfield.
