September 20, 201213 yr This thread is quite comical. You've got the nobody, never been and never will be pushing everyone's buttons. FP, I'm going to take your challenge. I'll post my roster later. When I beat you, I want you to change your avatar for a week. I've got the perfect replacement for yours. GT, post a roster and put this pretender in his place. FKW, I have to disagree with you on this challenge. FWIW, I think it's harder to pick your final roster. I think if people are picking the top guys, then one sleeper or one huge week by a top player could be the difference in scoring. The scoring should be relatively close and that one player could make the difference. It's deciding who that one player is that makes it more challenging than playing in a regular league. Maybe I'm wrong(I'm sure many will let me know if I am ), but that's how I see. I can see your theory on a week-to-week basis. But over the course of the season pick the top guys each week and you'll win out. Either way, you don't think it's harder to have to deal with restrictions, limits, other owners, etc?
September 20, 201213 yr Don't feed the animals... I figured once I smoked him the first week, we'd hear less from him. You don't think he's going to stick around and take the avalanche of abuse he'll get when he loses, do you?

Maybe I misread the challenge or he/she didn't address it...is this a week to week challenge or a cumulative score over the rest of the season? Week to week, he'll be gone before the third week. From a top to bottom standpoint, a league is more challenging. It takes more skill to manage a draft and roster. If your strictly talking about picking a lineup to score the most, then this could be pretty tough. I know there are some very knowledgeable FF posters on this board. Heck, even MJ and HT might actually win a week. The "fluke" champion could win multiples(sorry GT, I couldn't resist).

Either way, you don't think it's harder to have to deal with restrictions, limits, other owners, etc? Not true. Football is crazy. I spent more time trying to pick this lineup with no restrictions than any other roster I put in this week. No restrictions made it tougher for me. This is more head to head than roto. In roto your theory is true. I want to win come Monday night. We'll see where we are at on Jan. 1 when I see who is available then. Football is a different animal than basketball or baseball roto.
