September 7, 201214 yr Dumb question alert! What are elephant ears? Big, floppy things. Sometimes, in the case of Dumbo, they can be used for flight.
September 7, 201214 yr Dumb question alert! What are elephant ears? It's batter fried similar to a funnel cake but it's one solid piece that looks like an elephant ear. I think it has cinnamon and sugar on it instead of powdered sugar. It's been forever since I've had one so it may be a little different but that's the best I can remember.
