We don't know if Romney is a job creator. We do know that Obama isn't.

 

I think their immediate focus should be on saving jobs first. Then create them. If creating jobs is even possible at this point.

Gov Patrick (I think) said that more private sector jobs have been created in the last 29 months than were created during the Bush presidency. If true, that's pretty strong.

 

So it looks like the campaign is using a similar idea as to the "gas price doubled under Obama" game. They started counting in Feb 2010 and there have indeed been 4M private sector jobs created (So that takes the "no jobs created" wind out of some sails). However, the "comparison" part is the slight of hand. The campaign uses the first 7 years under President Bush as its comparison. Technically, they are correct but, like many disingenuous statements which rely on someone looking it up, they didn't mention that President Bush inherited a really bad economy as well.

 

So, how do we all respond to the 4.2M jobs created? Bureau of Labor Statistics says it's true. Does he get credit?

I'm stuggling with Obama being a job creator. You know that Obama hasn't created jobs. He says he saved jobs at GM and such at the cost of 5 Trillion to the tax payer. T.

I can understand sitting still due to uncertainty but the post made it sound like they were doing it as a political weapon. Do it for business reasons, not political ones. Maybe I read it wrong.
