Pretty sure Colerain has played Highlands in the recent past ...and I am pretty sure they had no trouble with them (I know the Highlands posters seem to think that the game was closer than the score indicated the last time around .... but I just finished watching it again .. what did Highlands have .. 55 yards of total offense)?

 

Also ... pretty sure Colerain has tried to play Highlands again ... and it has not happened.

 

Colerain is not scared to play anyone.

Not really sure why you would put yourself out there like this ... but .. the truth is not what you claim ... plenty of people know the real story.

I say this w/all respect intended to Highlands. The only school in KY that Colerain doesn't have a "good shot" at beating every season is Trinity. Even with that, I think that they win just as many as they lose.

I am 100% sure that I knew the last time the Cards dropped the hammer on the Birds.

The reality is ... I am extremely surprised that you knew when it was.

55 yards is pretty freaking close if you actually add everything up correctly (close in my definition is 3 yards)

 

I am not surprised that you failed to address the fact that Highlands WILL NOT PLAY COLERAIN anymore.

 

Sounds "fishy"? Hmmmm .... that part to me is about as comical as your assertion that Colerain fans are "getting off" on a win against Ryle. I guess it was so meaningful for them that they ran empty the entire game ... and worked on a phase of the game that comes in about 12th on a list of things that Colerain does.

 

As far as a Highlands hater ... ha, ha, ha ... I freaking doubt it. My last high school game against Highlands was a win for us ... therefore .. I have no reason to hate the Birds. I am pretty sure that it was the straw that broke the communities back when it came to getting rid of a certain former head coach. But ... why let the facts get in the way of a good argument?

So that's why X scheduled Trinity because they knew they could beat them? Yeah right. In most years a top OH team will beat anyone in NKY. There are exceptions of course. After all HHS beat X a few years ago.

I will have to prove you wrong on Highlands total yards. Junior Brandon Roller ( I hate bringing up names), playing tight end had 4 receptions for 73 yards. That's 18.25 yards per catch average.His longest reception that night was 33 yards. So, you do the math, if you know how. Roller had 73 of the total yards.Obviously your 55 plus or minus three is wrong! Thats a fact!!!

You just watched the game???? I hope you do better at your day job than you do watching football. 13-6 at half after a late Colerain score. HHS went to the platoon system the following year. If Colerains 2s made it in, it was later in the game.

 

No way Colerain will duck anyone in KY, although Trinity the past couple years has to give them pause.

So, do all the chest thumping you want, but all Colerain did was beat a very mediocre 6A team.
