UK#1 is definately a fan's fan. However, we all know plenty of folks who either bail on their programs after a single down year, or become a cancer to the program with their negativity. There is something positive to be said about someone who sticks with their program through adversity. I believe the current Dixie coach could testify to what occurs when one of the elite programs in the area meets adversity, they implode, and quickly.

 

SK still has not shown me enough offensively to convince me that they can beat Beechwood. But, given that SK has played in actual geme competition while BW has just scrimmaged, Nussbaum may be out with injury (Has this been confirmed?), SK is healthy going into this game and playing at home, it begins to appear that the stars are aligned in SK's favor.

 

If SK beats Beechwood and Boone beats Connor, I'm going to be investing in a CROW FARM!

If Simon Kenton beats Beechwood.............it makes them a strong contender for the class A state crown.

 

And it would make BW the 4th best team in Kenton County. What does that imply about winning a 1A title?

You are not a critic, because critics know what they are talking about, and make educated and informed statements on a topic. You, my friend, are someone who enjoys stirring the pot by making outlandish statements with little to zero facts to back them up.

A lot of injuries and a lot of playing younger kids last year.

I root for Bowling Green. It's happened once. Bowling Green rolled.

If every team had a fan with the nads, and to be genderly correct the female equivalent, that UK #1 fan does, no one would complain. Not that i agree with everything he says but you got to love the support and enthusiasm. Says in his user name he's the #1 fan and doubt anyone would dispute that. Calling out X is a little much for me but with maybe the exception of the top 2 in NKY I believe they got a shot against everyone around here.

The issue is not with the "excitement" in which he supports SK.. It's the fact that almost zero credit is given to any player or team other than SK. He bashes everyone other than SK and it's players. It's even gotten to the point where he enters threads that arent SK related, and ruins them. Like others have said, it's a tired act. I am all for someone rooting for their team, but lets get real, all the other stuff is just not necissary.

What ends up happening is people get fed up and they end up being the ones committing violations when responding to him.

 

My advice, know that he is laughing when he posts and learn to laugh with him when posting your rebuttals. Relax and have fun with it. He does. He can dish it but he takes it as good as anyone on hear. .

I am pretty sure that has been done recently, and his "bashing" stopped for a short while, Im sure it will return. Yeah, I'd like to meet him someday too...

Everybody should get over it we are talking about football you sound like a bunch of cry babies hating on me. Child Please! News flash there is a thing called trash talking. Sit in any football stands and watch a game you will here it. Some of you are way to sensitive for football. You should here the kids and some coaches at my sons South Kenton games that he plays against. Don't here me wining about it. Maybe some of you should follow chess instead of football.
