August 8, 201214 yr Supposedly it's coming in the next week or so. Sounds like Gov Christie's comment have removed him from the final list. Christie praised Hamas-linked cleric at July 24 dinner | The Daily Caller
August 8, 201214 yr I said Rubio forever ago & I'm sticking with him. Thought he'd be the Veep regardless of who won the GOP nomination.
August 8, 201214 yr Rubio would be good. Even lessexpeience than used car salesman Mitt  Young, popular, from a swing state, might draw Latino vote, polished speaker. He actually has a lot of similarities--even from the experience standpoint--as the White House's current occupant.

Florida and Ohio are absolutely critical.

August 8, 201214 yr Virginia would help him out as well so I'll say Bob McDonnell with Pawlenty being my second. Romney has been up here in NH. Coincidentally, Tim Pawlenty will be up here as well being hosted by the Young Republicans of New Hampshire. Romney is starting off his bus tour this weekend. First stop: Virginia Don't take my word for it. Just keep tabs on Wikipedia. Supposedly, the candidates profile is 'tweaked' a day or so before the announcement.
August 8, 201214 yr Gotta think outside the box another round of Dick Cheney or Dan Quayle is on tap :dancingpa
August 8, 201214 yr Portman seems to always be in the discussion. Perhaps this will be his year. I don't think that's the office he desires, but may need to be at least the VP candidate to get there.

I saw the same thing on Jon Stewart last night. They said Sarah Palin's Wikipedia page was updated 68 times the day before the announcement.
August 8, 201214 yr I'm saying Portman. The three names I keep hearing the most from various articles, etc. are Portman, McDonnell, and Pawlenty. My personal preference of those three would be Portman. Pawlenty is about as exciting as a $2 bill.

Portman and McDonnell (and Romney) look like a "politician", if that makes sense. If you are to look up the term in the dictionary it would be a picture of McDonnell holding up a picture of Portman. Under the radar but who I am going with is Paul Ryan. Dark horse, Chuck Norris.
August 8, 201214 yr ^I'm actually hoping it's Portman or McDonnell. I like Christie, Rubio, and even Ryan better, but it's important that the VP candidate doesn't "outshine" the POTUS candidate, and I think all three of those guys are more charismatic than Gov. Romney. :idunno:
