Be forewarned, if it's like last year, the Frosh will play on Ryle practice grass field and not on the turf field. I will find out if it's going to be the same as last year and get back with you!

If the frosh scrimmage at 7 they will not be on the game field.

The game is indeed on the grass practice field at Ryle.

Are the Ryle players who played up from 8th grade last year competing as frosh this year, or will they continue to play up to varsity/ jv?

At the midnight madness it looked like they are playing freshmen. Looked like a few of them could be playing up. The numbers for both Freshmen and varsity are up this year from last.

I assume CovCath is also scrimmaging Ryle on the varsity level and it will also be at Ryle. What time is the varsity scrimmage?

A source close to the program has told me they look very good and have great size and some speedy skill guys to go along with that size. This should be a good scrimmage.

I watched them at midnight madness last week. Looks like it could be the best freshmen team Ryle has had in the last 6 or 7 years.

Ryle Freshman should be pretty good, They lost a very close regional final game last year as 8th graders to Fransley middle school on the last play of the game.
