July 6, 201214 yr Something to also remember, players will be able to get more rest throughout the season this year because games will be a little more spread out, something that will help the older players, even more so for those with nagging injuries. I'd really like to see him stay in Boston, but he's still going to be my favorite wherever he goes.

July 6, 201214 yr That's surprising that he passed up the 2-Year, $12 Mil offer the Celtics were gonna offer. Allen and Nash both show that it's not about the $$$ Well when you've made as much as they have and haven't yet blown it like many NBA guys, it gives you the flexibility to do something like this. I'm sure Allen and Nash have made over 100 mil in their playing careers, whats the difference in 5 or 6 more when it comes to being happy?
