June 28, 201214 yr He stated it twice. I have heard this ruling referred on FOX and MSNBC as a "boobie trap" for President Obama and Democrats. The "this is a tax" opinion sure appeared to come off that way to me...If it's repealed, since it's been decided it is indeed a tax, the Democrats cannot filibuster its repeal because of the same reconciliation procedure the Democrats used to pass it. I just read that Romney supporters donated at least $100,000 in less than an hour of the ruling. :lol:
