Sounds like the news media controls Roberts and he is scared of hurting the image, reported he pays a lot of attention to the media and opinions. What a bozo if true.

I'm afraid to recount what I do know, because it's not complete. But, as I understand it, if you arrive at an ER, you are to be assessed by a triage nurse prior to being asked how you will pay. I don't know the particulars, I just know my son just finished revising their procedures because of new requirements.

 

Thanks, that makes a lot more sense than trying to grill someone who's just been brought into ER. I always thought SNL could do a skit on that process.

There is a report that says that 3/4s of the dissenting opinion was written by Justice Roberts 3 or 4 months ago before he changed his mind.
