Something has been bugging me. Why does Thom insist on calling him Wilson Vauldez? I thought pretty much everyone accepts his name as Wilson Valdez. Makes me cringe every time I hear it for some reason.

The same reason that Marty calls it an erra instead of an error.

Cozart 6, Valdez 8, Votto 3, Phillips 4, Bruce 9, Frazier 5, Ludwick 7, Mesoraco 2, Bailey 1

Bruceeeeeeeee 3 run shot.

He's a terrible hitter.

I hope we don't see BB tonight.

Great job by Bailey getting out of that inning without a run scoring.

Following the game on my ML AB App. Why didn't the runner from 3rd break from home on the bunt when Bailey threw to 2nd?

Would have been some big insurance runs if Ludwick could have got the job done.

Nobody watching tonight?

Homer, just outstanding tonight.

Nobody watching tonight?

Homer looked the runner back to 3rd before throwing down to 2nd. It was a very hard bunt right back to the mound so Bailey had time to look the runner back. Plus they didn't even throw the ball to 1st to try for the double play, so Cozart could have thrown home if the runner broke for it.

An early Father's Day present from my kids. I'll have some great reading for the beach.
