November 10, 201213 yr Of course the best lunch I've had in a long time I had last year at the Vanderbilt Mansion(Biltmore). Claimed on the menu that everything on my sandwich was grown, raised, slaughtered and baked right there. It was the best turkey sandwich I've ever tasted. The service was fantastic as well.
November 11, 201213 yr Went to Big Daddy's Pizzeria and Calhoun's yesterday. Both were awesome. Big Daddy's has Yuengling on tap. Calhoun's has it by the bottle. Going shopping today and hitting up Blue Moose(burgers and wings) later for football since I have to go shopping. :lol:

March 27, 201313 yr I am not much on Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg but Ms. Slick has some friends/co-workers who are goig to celebrate their anniversaries, so I agreed to go just for a long weekend. Any good sports bars near Dollywood, as I think we are staying somewhere close to there, also good BBQ and or steak houses? How far is Cherokee Casino? There should 6-10 people going total.

March 27, 201313 yr I've never had a bad steak at Texas Roadhouse in Pigeon Forge. Cherokee Grill, downtown Gatlinburg directly across from Calhoun's, was pretty good last time I was there.
March 27, 201313 yr We're headed back for the long weekend also. Staying close to Dollywood as well. I'm geeked and looking forward to shopping now.:lol: Time to upgrade the wardrobe. I was thinking we went to the Tangers Outlet mall. Is that 5 Oaks? Someone told me 5 Oaks is where we went. Are there two outlet malls there?
April 2, 201313 yr Tanger outlet is usually prett good. Most have a Nike Outlet store that you can get some pretty good deals.
April 2, 201313 yr I prefer the Nike Clearance Store on Teaster Lane than the one at Tangers. 9.99 tee shirts gets me everytime.
April 2, 201313 yr How was it? We had a great weekend. The Polo Store at Tangers got most of my money but my summer wardrobe is set. Did you enjoy your weekend? Did you get stuck in any of the traffic coming down?
April 3, 201313 yr We are not going until April 19. Just trying to get a head's up on some things to do, etc.
