June 19, 201214 yr I think you might be correct. I just want to see a great/good game. It will be for Louisville fans.
June 19, 201214 yr I saw a line that had Louisville -12.5. I would put money on that any time. I just can't see UK possibly keeping it within two TD's. This could easily be another 20+ point loss for UK.
June 22, 201214 yr Football smack talk in June on a team that might win 4 games. No one cares UK guys so just shut up.
June 22, 201214 yr I am a UK fan and I agree with Randy Parker here...mouth shut and play. Hope to win 6 games as usual. I hope for the best but...

June 22, 201214 yr But they're in the almighty SEC! Aren't they supposed to act the part? Act the part of the what? They are the doormat of the SEC and have been for as long as I can remember.
June 23, 201214 yr Act the part of the what? They are the doormat of the SEC and have been for as long as I can remember. I'm more poking fun at those who don't recognize the fact that simple association with the SEC doesn't make UK a big-time program.
June 26, 201214 yr I'm more poking fun at those who don't recognize the fact that simple association with the SEC doesn't make UK a big-time program. Blasphemy.
July 11, 201214 yr Author Both these images appeared in my news feed on Facebook this morning. I repost them both here because I just thought it said a lot about how each fan base feels about their lot as we head towards the autumn months...
July 11, 201214 yr Going to be a long season, I had a really hard time paying for my season tickets this time. Let's be honest here, it's football if UK gets beat by the cards by 50 not many UK fans will even care a day later.

Though I still find it hilarious the bickering between two traditional cellar dweller football programs. UL does have room to be optimistic with their returning team and path to the BCS. Still hate the L1C4. Do UL people find it cool or as corny as I do?
July 11, 201214 yr Author That is funny. Though I still find it hilarious the bickering between two traditional cellar dweller football programs. UL does have room to be optimistic with their returning team and path to the BCS. You don't have to be good. You just have to be better than the other guys. Being actually good is a nice bonus if you can pull it off. Still hate the L1C4. Do UL people find it cool or as corny as I do? Corny. Extremely corny. And not in a good, redeeming way like a Peanuts cartoon. Just corny. And while we're speaking of it, UofL people don't really use the abbreviation "UL", we refer to it as "UofL." "UL" doesn't really roll off the tongue when speaking and I always thought it looked weird in writing. I think that's why all the logos with the lettering have the "of" right there in the logo.
August 12, 201214 yr On the one hand, were expectations high for Kentucky football, it wouldn't matter one iota that Louisville was charging $78 for UK season-ticket holders to attend the Cats-Cards grid renewal Sept. 2, and Kentucky wouldn't be returning more than 2,000 unsold tickets to U of L.

Good for UofL. The less blue there, the better. :thumb:
