Let Bronson finish the inning? Bring in Chapman?

Maybe it would have been a different outcome, but that's a very, very catchable ball. No can of corn, but certainly should have been caught. If it's caught, no harm no foul. Ludwick blew that.

Just pray we don't see the North Korean Missile (Simon) on the mound tonight.

I wonder if Simon can go back to back nights. 2 losses in a row might get him optioned out?

Chapman still in the pen.

Dusty is really at a loss right here. He doesn't know what to do. He used Bray when he probably should have used Chapman and now he doesn't want to use Chapman for one batter. He's probably not even warm yet. Can't figure if it will go 10 innings or 19 innings. He's done. This is where Dusty screws up the most.

Red shirt girl still drinking.

Dusty's heart just started beating again. Chris Speier had the paddles ready.

I agree whole heartedly. He has no clue hot to handle the bullpen.

Looks like Stubbs needed the day off instead of Cozart. Heisey could have played center as good and certainly swung the bat as good.

Chapman hasn't seen the mound since the 11th, and Marshall hasn't seen the mound since the 10th. Any particular reason you folks can formulate besides saving arms as to why the two best relievers haven't seen the field in that few game span? It's not like there haven't been crucial relief opportunities for them either.

This Washington announcer is an idiot. He just said he would rather face Chapman than Arroyo. That's like saying he would rather face Randy Johnson than Jamie Moyer.

The same reason Dusty would let Cordero sit for a week and then use him 3 days in a row. He has his mind made up where he wants to use guys and doesn't know how to deviate from that plan when things don't flow the way he thinks.

With tonight's lineup, why would you ever pitch to Votto?

Is Brandon Phillip's cramps issue going to keep him out a month or did they determine it wasn't cramps and is really a strained hammy? Just asking since I am not there to get the daily updates.
