  1. I love to hear about his maturity. I hope it is UK or UL.
  2. I talked to a Reds employee last night and she told me things are not good around the office. There is nothing to read into there other than the Reds are losing and everyone is sad. Hopefully this series will be the start of something better for the Reds.
  3. No Politics Policy Any mention, discussion, and media regarding politics or political figures is expressly prohibited on BluegrassPreps. This includes, but is not limited to the mention or names of any elected or publicly appointed officials, both domestic and foreign, by name, title, or by the offices held (e.g. - president, governor, chancellor, mayor, minister, senator, congressman, commissioner, attorney general, county clerk, magistrate, lawmaker, Beshear, Clinton, Lincoln, Merkel, Obama, Putin, Reagan, Roosevelt, Trudeau, Trump, etc). Any direct references or inferences to political terminology and activities, (e.g. - government, Democrat, Republican, GOP, White House, Capitol, General Assembly, conservative, liberal, campaign, lobby, legislature, bill, House Bill (HBxxx), Senate Bill (SBxxx), legislative process, filibuster, caucus, etc) and anything else deemed political in nature by the BGP staff is also prohibited from the site. Likewise, this also includes 3rd party links to articles that are political in name or in nature. Additionally, the use of names/nicknames deemed by the BGP staff as references to political figures (e.g. - Andy, Donald, Tricky Dick, Slick Willy) will not be permitted on BluegrassPreps. Keeping in mind BGP's core purpose as a sports-discussion community, discussion of the the managing bodies specifically serving over high school, college, amateur, and professional sports leagues (KHSAA, NCAA, IOC, MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL et al), along with the officers, officials and the titles held by the individuals within those organizations is permitted on BGP. Similarly, high school and college/university administrators and officials, when discussed in a strictly non-political manner, are all permissible on BGP.
  4. I believe the NFL wants an 18 game schedule but I am not sure I understand the connection here?
  5. Wlwt.com had a nice article on it, this was in the article: Whether the new compensation model is subject to the Title IX gender equity law is unknown along with whether schools will be able to bring NIL activities in-house as they hope and squeeze out the booster-run collectives that have sprouted up in the last few years to pay athletes. Both topics could lead to more lawsuits. ============== But most of it is speculation and there are other lawsuits pending. Who knows but it sounds like most everyone is going to get paid a small amount and NIL deals will still be there for the top athletes. Whatever happens, I look for it to evolve over the next few years.
  6. It is the first thing I thought of when I saw the graphic. Then I thought the Bengals are hanging tough in the division.
  7. I think the Browns are going to be a Bear this year.
  8. I agree there should be plenty of witnesses or partial witnesses. We all also need to be precise, the post arrest complaint says: Subject refused to comply and accelerated forward, dragging Detective Gillis to the ground. ============== So in other words, Detective Gillis was dragged down to the ground vs. being dragged. Or put another way, Detective Gillis was probably hanging onto the vehicle and was knocked down/fell down as Scheffler accelerated forward.
  9. To me that means he was loading up the charges with each stop but still, that is a lot.
  10. It is only speculation on my part but I feel very safe in assuming he would have been fired a couple of times over where I worked.
  11. I am sure all the workers that witnessed the event were essentially required to give a statement. I would love to read those statements.
