On sugar, many experts compare it to cocaine (or other recreational drugs) because eating sugar releases opioids and dopamine in our bodies and sugar has similar effects on our brains. I am glad to hear you are consuming less sugar and hopefully at some point you can cut all the pop out. I am not qualified to give any type of medical advice but 265 seems very aggressive. I like 299 as your year end goal and 265 a year from today.
