Bell Co. has 8 but they are paid extremely low. $1500 and no experience raise.

:laugh: Have you ever coached for him? or have had family play for him? Just b/c he is one of your buddies or maybe your DADDY don't mean he is right. Talk to few of the parents whose kids he has coached and see if you still hold him in such high regard. This has nothing to do with Coach Hilton. 2-8 in the playoffs is not very good even in Grant Co.

One question for you? Have you went back and looked at who he beat to win those 59 games??

Stepp never stays anywhere long. HC will better off in the long run IMO. His style of football is not conducive to wining playoff games and games that matter. I asked the same question on the other thread will Graham try to move back to Cynthiana?

No he did not go back and look at who they played. They were at best the 3rd place team in the district and typically lost by 50+ against teams in district. Put up huge numbers but not big wins. There is also some other things that I will not put on a public forum. The 1 year he spent in 5A they should have been able to win the district but fell to teams that were not as talented but better coached. I would have liked to seen Graham work out b/c he is an excellent coach and even better person.

Have you looked at his records of the past stops?? He has not won any meaningful games during that time nor has he stayed anywhere very long. Winning the district last year was not "meaningful." The district was very weak.

Wow very interesting. Harrison will be looking for a coach 2 years in a row. I would venture to say Graham will return and work on a 100 contract now. Can't figure out the Stepp hire?????

Ward will be the QB, with Raglin the HB. Lots of experience with those 2. I expect LC to be very good.

You are correct they are not in that class yet. You don't make up for 50 point loses in 1 off-season. If anyone seen either of those teams they know that. Rock should be improved but they still had a ways to go. They as always will be solid on defense but they must improve on offense. I predict they will have a hard time replacing the quality they lost in the HB position. He was a special player.

He officially accepted the job yesterday. Sounds like he has the backing of the school district and will build a successful program in Jackson County.

I think this job is filled as of yesterday. Carter from Bell Co. got it. Not heard anything official.

Stepp also applied at Estill. He likes to be interviewed. Harrison to Franklin would make that district interesting. I however don't see them hiring Stepp.

I say this b/c in the tourney if they don't get a shot off of transtion they struggle. Nothing has been very smooth for them. :thumb:

Go PCC. I look for them to throw some wrinkles at Hazard. Big game for Back of Hazard playing against his old school. I look for PCC to control the game and find a way to win. Should be a great one.

This game will not be fast paced. SL will slow it down and keep Corbin in the 1/2 court game in which they are struggling.

SL is putting it all together at the right time, Corbin on the other hand is not playing well. Very little ball movement and player movement. I think SL continues the rein and moves to rupp.
