G....................Great photos ............thanks for coming down and doing that..............hope you enjoyed the game and facilities............. -
I totally agree...........I also think there is alot to be said for those schools who "step up" and are willing to take on the Rocks....even if they may be "outmanned.' I say good for them.............and hope they go a long way as well.

Good and valid observations.....esp. with regard to the Referee. I know how hard they work to be fair and even handed to each team. I thought it was a great crew.......but also....like the rest of us...........human.......... gReat game...................... -
Very good game......down to the last play.........T had to make big plays to tie at end of regulation.........Boyle had a very impressive player (#5) went both ways......T had very difficult time stopping him......they made theplays when it counted...good effort.........T QB did a good job IMO for his first outing......................they are there to learn........................

Very Well stated.and most appreciated. I think nothing but high praise and admiration from both sides ---- and that's how it should be. CR your right again........we are "spoiled"--------- but hopefully still appropriately humble. Great night ...........great game..............great runs to the finals for both. Thanks again to BG for making the trip and providing the fans with such a game. GO ROCKS............... -

Several contributors in the past week leading up to this game.....discussed the "Trinity MO".....not giving up ...fighting until the end....maybe being down but not quitting and not over until that final horn. Thats what we saw tonight. I echo everything said about BG. I agree with CR..about being one of the top teams in the state. I was most concerned about this game and it proved to be so. They are the real deal and most of all....at least to me......they had no fear about coming into our place and taking it to us. And that they did. I very much want to think that LSU Rock had a hand in us pulling this one out. Great game -good for us to open with such tough competition... hope we learned tons to help us out even more down the road. Good job Coaches and players......... -
I'll really miss (among a legion of other things) his "half-time strolls" over to the Visitor's Side 'just to see what he could see"....................his absence has left a huge void.......................

It was a very good game for an opener. The "2A" came very close to beating the "5A". DeSales team and fans should take heart. Taking nothing away from Doss and their victory.....but DeSales is a hard nosed bunch. REfused to quit. Nothing to be ashamed of. Game could very well come down to one play. Very Well - Coached... IMO..... think the Colts will do some good before the end of the season. Good luck to both.

This game was clearly the "ticket to get / have". Sounds like a great contest. Good for X for pulling it out - under what had to be a high degree of pressure and Congrats to Ballard for competing as they did and almost pulling off what would have been incredible upset of significant proportions.

Thought some of the Scott Co. skill kids showed alot of promise and were competitive. I do compliment them for scrimmaging the Rocks year in and year out. Anyone else hear the Scott Coach "chastising' his team all the way across the field.............I know these games are for teaching and improvement..etc.....but thought his conduct was not called for......and out of place -

Is the 8:00 pm. a final and correct start time for tonight ??????/// thanks -
Somewhere here on BGP I read the other day a "Scouting REport" on BG..( still trying to find my way around here ) so cannot tell you exactly where it was.....The person who penned the analysis.....was very high and complimentary of BG. I thought it was well laid out....- other than his reference to the Rocks " 16 State Championships",,which now gives me a little pause...................

JIM SEYMOUR # 85 replied to CentreRocks's topic in KY Football (High School)
Your absolutely right VT...........and tcjkbt stated the obvious as well some time ago........we need to stay focused and take 'em one at a time..it's nice to get caught up a bit and look ahead ...but you know the team/coaches won't let that happen. We did not get to be where we are by being stupid......one at a time.................that's my 2c/. -

I agree............but with the Coaching Staff the Rocks have as well as the kids in the program.......I would imagine it would hopefully be pretty remote "NOt so show up to play" against one of the best teams in the country... My dear friend you dont seem to give us much credit ....or smarts..... -

I could very well be wrong.........but IMO this sure "sounds like"....the toughest test or challenge to face the Rocks with an OUT OF STATE SCHOOL............ I do not recall the past several games with the other Cincy Schools..or INdy for that matter.....where the Competition was so highly touted.................... -
