Breaking News, looks as if judge, lawyer, and county attorney have agreed to let him go to Harmony Prep. I still believe that he may be facing some possible jail time and has to come to all court dates in Georgetown to be able to stay at Harmony Prep.

I think Montgomery will do a great job hosting the regional tournament at "the palace" or at least that's what it looks like. I think it would also be a good idea to find a neutral college gym to host it at....but come to think of it are there any in the Region?, the 11th region plays at EKU (which is still partially favorable to Madison County Schools).

He's residence according to the court is with his grandfather in Lexington, if he's in Cincy without direct permission of the judge he's in violation of his bail. For some reason he thinks this is going to blow over, the kid needs to focus on his legal issue before basketball comes back in the picture, indications are he will be facing some sort of jail time.

Mackey can't leave Georgetown without the judge's approval, he is awaiting a grand jury trial and is out on a 10,000 full cash bond. He can talk all he wants but he will not be playing anywhere unless the situation in Georgetown is resolved or the judge lets him go, which IMO is far from happening, by the way remember he has been charged with two felonies!

In all honesty this wasn't all that bad of a game for "the Hill" LCA, was only down 1 in the second half to Scott Co. the next night. I realize that Scott ended up winning by 25 but game was ALOT closer than the score indiated!

Plato I assume you were at the game, did the Mason County fans sound as ruthless in person as they did over the radio? I assume the broadcasting booth was smack in the middle of the Mason County fan section...

I agree, from listening to the game over the radio is seemed as if Stephens missed alot of shots around the rim.....but that's easy to do when Darius Miller is between you and the goal!

Alot of free throws in this game, very physical, 3rd Quarter run definatley the difference maker, nice showing by both 10th Region team.....Mason better bring a little more than this if they want to run with Scott next Friday!

I am listening to the game, Stephens is scoring most of his points from the free throw line and has missed/been blocked numerous times by Miller(in the second half).

Sounds like Stephens is having a little trouble scoring over Miller, not a suprise!
