Sometimes we witness a snapshot in time and draw incorrect conclusions. I have NEVER witnessed these young men act in the manner you've just described.

I haven't seen Bath County play this year, but I'll still have to go with them as the victor. I don't know enough about either team to venture to predict a score though.

I can verify the information is correct for the second game and I know that Lewis advance and will play at 6:30. I hadn't heard the outcome of the 2nd game but I would assume you are probably correct in stating that Lewis will play Bath.

I had already left but . . . I did speak to the individual involved. I can dispel the rumor that NO ONE was taken out in handcuffs!!!!

Dawg (and other 9th region fans), I guess you can now understand some of the comments that 16th fans have made over the course of the season. Sometimes it's easy to respond to comments that appear as excuses or whiny but hopefully now that we have walked in each others shoes we can relate a little better to comments made in the future. I know that I sure have a better understanding of the comments made by the 9th region if those in attendance at our games are the best your region has to offer.

I'm right there with ya Ms. Liberty! :ylsuper: :thumb: I can't say that the refs "lost" the game for EC but they sure tried to take the heart and soul out of them! Congrats to Rowan County. Go to Bowling Green and show the rest of the state what the 16th region has for talent, ability, motivation and determination!!

I predicted this final game from the beginning and like others . . . I'm going to have to say Elliott will pull it out in the end. I sure can't leave my team now but either way . . . WE'RE PROUD OF OUR LADY LIONS!!! They have proven themselves to be FEROCIOUS competators!!!:ylsuper:

Shae got clobbered repeatedly tonight and fouls were never called. In the first half she was so addled that she staggered off the floor (with assistance) and in the second half she about got her leg torn off several times. There's no reason to allow a game to get so physical that players get hurt repeatedly!!
