CONGRATS ELLIOTT!!!
Also congrats to Ferg for being acknowledged for breaking the 16th region high scoring record!! That one lasted a LONG TIME . . . I'd say this one will stand just as long!!!!:ylsuper:

I'll take the "W" whether its by 4 or 40. Give the starters a rest . . . they've deserved it after this last week! Give Jarrod Flannery, Jonathan Morgan, Jacob Ison, Craig Faulkner, and some of the other boys some MAJOR MINUTES!
I'm sorry to tell you that the cheerleaders won't be there (as a group anyway). In the current economic situation the cheerleaders do not participate in away games. A large portion of them will be attending though so maybe they can dress out anyway!!:ylsuper:
I've watched some pretty good teams this year miss FT after FT, but those Elliott boys (E/Et Faulkner and Ferg) must have the right recipe because their shooting average is WAY ABOVE average.
Out of all the polls listed in this thread 4 out of 7 of them have Elliott in the top 5 already while BGP lists them at the bottom of the top 10 barrell. After the big wins this week, it'll be interesting to see where BGP puts them. I don't put alot of merit in ANY poll because the only one that counts is the poll at the end of the Sweet 16 when you see who takes home the trophy.
Maybe he (or other dentists in the area) could arrange to spend a couple of days each month at each school. If permission was granted by the responsible adult for that child, then they could receive their dental care right at school making transportation a non-issue.
I would say that these kids receive medicaid which would pay for all dental treatments therefore showing the relavance of the first quote. If these kids are eligible then either 1) their parents have not applied for the children's medical assistance, 2) their parents do not highly prioritize their children's medical/dental health or 3) there are not sufficient dentists in the area that accept medicaid for payment.
If the 3rd situation is the problem then the mother indicated in the second quote would do whatever it took to insure her children received the medical care they required.
