First game on Monday night, The Bath County Wildcats vs the Lewis County Lions

 

What are your thoughts on this game?

Lewis County by 2 in double overtime.

I haven't seen Bath County play this year, but I'll still have to go with them as the victor. I don't know enough about either team to venture to predict a score though.

Bath is probably 15 points better, talent-wise, but Hampton on the bench is worth 15. Should be interesting.

Metz will be the best player on the floor, but the overall talent is fairly even in my opinion. With that being said I say Lewis Co. 52-51 in OT.

Everybody is jumping on my overtime predictions now.:lol: That being said, I'll go with Lewis County and will be cheering for them loudly, but my gut wants a Bath County/Elliott County final so we can see the difference in the teams. I read in today's Independent that Coach Hicks said that Elliott County would win a best of 5 series but he liked his chances in a winner take all one game series. Be careful what you wish for...........

I'd love to see Lewis win. I'll be rooting for them. But I'd be less than truthful if I didn't say that I'd love to see Bath meet Elliott this season. No chance of dodgeball after this one.

 

I'll predict Bath by 7.

I'll take Bath by 12, and FWIW Maze is the best player on the floor.

FWIW Chris Thompson will be by far the best player on the floor. Win or loose it has been a real pleasure following this Lion team this year, good luck tonight.
