I will go on record too and say this won't be their 1st and last at hosting the 10th. Sorry mhighfield the days of Mason hosting the 10th every year is over. It will be rotated as it should be between The Fieldhouse, Montgomery and the New arena on the NKU campus. Write it down!

11-11 at half. It was a very ugly game. Final score was 35-29.

Off to the Islands.

PC 7th Grade played 4 games in three days this past week. All without the big fella Smith. Cats went out of conference and played Doubleheader at Augusta on Wednesday. Cats beat Augusta 7th grade by 30 without Harper, Monroe, Smith & Strong. They then played Augusta's 8th grade team and lost by 10. Thursday night they hosted St. Pius and won by 31. Went on the road last night and defeated CC Gold by 34. PC's 8th Grade picked up a big win last night on the road also! Cats have Turkeyfoot at home on Monday and on the road Tuesday against Blessed Sacrament.

I know the team and the boys we played them twice last year. Their press did not bother are guards and the bigs helped out also. They are a very athletic team.

Nice when for the Birds Tonight! I heard this the other night about Holmes laying one on the CC Purple boys from someone close to the program.

Too early to tell! I still like Coach Henley and the Bulldogs in the 9th.

Have the times changed in Alexandria? Great hire by the CC school system. Now they have to do a better job then their counterparts at promoting their team.

I thought the Birds moved the ball well around the perimiter and got some nice looks. The birds led the game from start and till about the 3 minute mark in the 4th quarter the Cats made their run. #41 Zack Smith the big fella made two key baskets that put PC in the lead. I thought the Cats did a nice job shutting down the Birds point guard and only allowing 4 Birds in the scorebook. PC played 10 with 7 getting in the scorebook. Scoring as follows; Monroe (17) Harper (6) Smith (4) Strong (3) Moore (2) Appelman (2) and Gibson (2). Pyles, Colvin & Knight did not score but played well. 1 2 3 4th PC 9 17 26 36 Birds 11 22 30 33

PC handles Woodland tonight end of 1st quarter PC up 20-2. Pulls starting 5 and everyone on the bench gets major minutes. 12 players played with 10 getting in the scorebook. If PC didn't play 12 deep this would of gotten ugly quick. Still up 18 going in to 4th. Wildcats start 2-0 in Conference and wind up winning by 9. Have Twenhofel and Highlands next week.

I seen where 8th grader Tamron Manning got in the scorebook for Scott County in the varsity game. Watch out in the near future for this Cardinal.

Sorry PC85 that was what I was told this weekend. I think you get my point. Let us know how you guys do this weekend in Alexandria. I also was impressed with your 8th grade team. I am sure we will hook up again and we will be better prepared.
