I have stated this before on other threads and I will state it again. RH is targeted, say what you want, think what you want. When did this all start, lets say about 5 years ago. This area does want RH to succeed in anything. They had enjoyed beating up on RH for years and running the score up to embarrass RH's kids, yes run the score up, you dont beat a team by 75 points playing your scrubs, and now little RH has a PROGRAM, oohhhh no, this cant be, who will all the other teams play now for a sure win? I wish that I could post some enlighting truths and FACTS about major conflicts of interest that goes on concerning other schools and who they are afflilated with in the cycle of high school sports. My advice to RH is to realize it, get over it and keep finding a way to win like you did last night. Oh yeah, RH is going have a Football team in the future maybe they can find a way to mess those kids over as well. It is a bunch of crap, not all of the refs but most are horrible, how do they get certified? I need some extra cash...ha ha. All joking aside all I wish would happen is for refs to call the game consistently and do not anticipate a call, call it when it happens. RH games are worse but this kind of officiating goes on when other teams beside RH are playing.

Maybe I am reading more into this post but if you took your kids to school every morning to RH like I do, then you would still see a van dropping off a school load of kids. If someone needs a ride it is provided.

I have alot of respect for Boyd's program. Atleast they will play RH. When it comes to tournament time I will cheer for them too.

Will this become a "scheduled" game yearly again?

I do not have a schedule of anything in this house. I am told what to do, when to do it, and how long to do it...I have grown to like being a submissive person, needless to say, I find out about sporting events just hours prior to tip off...I know what you are thinking, why not use the internet and look up the schedule? I have trouble finding the splee chkec key much less the khsaa website, and what this google place that I have been hearing about. Up until last year, I was still playing around on a Texas Instrument!

The Ides of March are slowly approaching...I love to hear fan participation. When is the next game for RH?

School consolidation has killed both academics and athletics. The best feeder program for sports is to have in-house rivalry. This is just a theory, but I watched this for years now and it seems to be trend...if there is just one middle school, why would an athlete in any sport continue to really put forth the effort and work really hard (I know there are those kids that are going to work hard regardless) knowing he / she is probably going to be on the High School team. Having two middle schools in the same school system is like having iron sharpening iron, kids are going to work harder and get better or else they wont make the cut. Anytime you get more kids (2 middle schoools vs. One) you are going to have more talent to choose from. Kind of a No Brainer from my point of view.

I had to chuckle to myself when that happened especially considering how fast a technical was given to LT the previous game. I wish there was consistency every game among...dare I say...every official. But that's just wishful thinking. Good job Royals!!

Any predictions for tomorrow nights game? Lets look at both of their last games: Boyd County was held to probably an all time new low for first half points against West Carter....7 / SEVEN first half points, question, were they trying to kick the ball into the basket? Rose Hill played their worst offensive game of the season by far, and allowed Raceland to dominate inside the paint. MMMMMMM.....should be a close one and a low scoring game. Predicted score 42-39, who will win? The one with the most points at the end of the game. Either team could come out on top of this one. Boyd's Keys to Winning: Pound the ball underneath and double the Sears Tower and the Empire State Building Rose Hill's Keys to Winning: Beat the Press and let Boyd's guards shoot all night long. NEVER once have I taken credit from Raceland!!! They fully deserve it. They played harder last night. Maybe you should go back and reread the posts I made. I NEVER blamed the Maroon schools either for a terrible defensive effort by RH. Just the cheap calls that BF gets compared to the ones I don't see other PG's get is starting to be a little absurd.

I was simply stating how political both of these schools are when it comes to players, and holding grudges, and in BF case, what else could it be?
