Thoughts on the start of Tough Enough. I was a bit disappointed myself. 2 segments of training? I know it's reality TV, just thought there would be more to it.

It's a done deal. Confirmed by girls father and Coach Stowers. Shelby Harmeyer will be joining the Pioneers from Grant County. She can play and is a sophomore this year.

Event has been cancelled due to pending weather. This was going to be an outdoor event. Hopefully we can do it again.

When you look at both games Scott has played, you have to credit the Scott Players for getting deep in the counts and not jumping on the first pitch. They took Knott County Centrals ace to 130+ pitches and Shyrock to 117 last night. Ohmer and Trame were both below 90 pitches having to pitch a 7th inning. I would love to be able to call an all NKY State Championship. Would be our first State Championship, but sweeter if both teams were from here. Best of luck to both Highlands and Scott tonight.

This would really open up the Rebels to add some new possible play combinations. Carson as well as Michael don't just play to the rim. Both can shoot from different ranges. Neither takes many 3 point shots, but adding an 83.3% (94/113) free throw shooting big man in Owen County doesn't hurt the Rebels chances.

Noah Back with a game saving grab in left field sealed it for the Eagles. Andrew Trame with the complete game and probably the best game he has pitched all year. Eagles with more in the tank for South Warren.

He and Carson will own the boards. Possible blocked shot record could be broken with them swatting shots away.

You add Michael Dunaway to Carson Williams and the inside is well covered. Could be the year.

We have been asked by the Scott Eagles to broadcast their games in Lexington. Happy to do it. We'll have the 1st round game starting with the pre-game at 8:15 with first pitch scheduled for 8:30. I thought that the last 4-5 episodes were the worst of the series. Seeing how everyone else ends I got, but the whole thing with Don just blew. Even if his experience in CA gives him the "I'd like to buy the world a Coke" song. Bad way to get it there.
