Post #95 by Sportsfan of Kentucky gave you the stats on Ferguson, which were 11-23 for 47.8 % overall and 5-11 3 pts. for 45.4 % that is good shooting in anyones book your post stating close to 30 shots for 30 point is misrepresenting the facts because 23 or 24 is closer to 20 than 30 if you are rounding off the numbers.Fergusons 30 points was above his average this year so the team defense you stressed didn't effect him evidently.If you were going to show how good CC defense was you would have to use another player instead of Ferguson. What is it with you about Ferguson, was he insturmental in the defeat of one of your favorite teams or what.

Yes this is a girls game. The Ashland Daily reported that,Shea Ferguson had a triple double with 38 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assist, hitting 9 of 17 from three point range. Kelsy Ferguson had 28 points Lakin Griffith had a double-double with 22 points, and 12 rebounds. Sounds if though the Elliott boys has nothing on the Lady Lyons:ylsuper:

If you are going to disagree with Sportsfan you should state your reasons, and express your opinion on the matter. There has to be reasons, so express them.

According to the radio announcer Ferguson was obout the only starter that was not in foul trouble the first half, so that was not a problem with Ferguson. The announcer also said at the end of the game that Ferguson only had 2 fouls against him the entire game and that he set out over half of the last quarter.

Not trying to stir the pot. Just making a just evaluation of the information I have gleaned from BGP post and heard through the grapevine. If someone is trying to balance the stats, as "Mole" questioned, it may be accepted as politically correct by some, but is very selfish and very unjust for any player. .:ylsuper:

From what I have read on this thread he could probably have broken a lot of records if he got to play the minutes he is due. I have heard that he is a exceptionally hard worker in practice (63 minutes in three games??) his hard work must not be paying dividends!!!:confused:

Wow!! So you think Elliott has pretty well peaked out, with two years to play and every one else is going to keep improving untill they catch up with Elliott. Interesting theroy, but not logical.

I am not from Elliott County, but have spent many a day grouse hunting and some turkey hunting in Elliott County. Hope you are'nt grouse hunting my favorite spot.

Elliott County is bound on the western side by Rowan County and on the North side by Carter County and on the south side by Morgan County and on the Eastern side By Lawrence County. Route 32 from Louisa KY to Morehead KY runs through Elliot County. The town of Sandy Hook where the High School is located is at the junction of route 32 and route 7 south. Hope this gives you some idea as to its location.

If the Coach had let you play the score would probably been 192, so the Coach was wise for not playing you, so as to not offend OYPreps more than he already is. What is your point in trying to demoralize Elliott County basket ball program. Did they beat one of your favorite teams, or do you just love bashing kids who are playing their hearts out?

As good as Rose Hill is supposed to be I would think that they should rotate starters definately!!!!!:fire:

From what I can see none of the coaches sent their ballots in except the ones from the schools in Boyd Co.

After watching the Elliott Co. boys last year and from what ive heard about them this fall, the gas money from Bowling Green to Sandy Hook will be well spent.

Evan Faulkner should definately be in the top ten in the 16th!!

Could it be that you need to change your glasses and get the lense that read between the lines?
