No they don't have to play by same the rules, If you go to St. Joes or St Marys then you go to Brossart, if you live north you go to NCC, You don't see NCC or Brossart signs all over Ken and Boone Co.

Mustang you sound like you know NC football, but NC was in the GCL because no one would play them in the 9th, but Newport, they had some very good teams that would have won state if they were aloud to play in Ky.

I agree Buckeye nice to have you, A coach can black ball an ump. But I can tell you this we had 2 or three that went to the 10th thinking they were great, and they were no better than what we have.. I will say over the last two years the umps have done a better job. Not an easy game to learn.
