How are they doing in the 16th region tournament? Heard a lot of people was not to high on them in the semi final games.

Timmy Knipp did not even gaurd Euton, he was helping off his man some and double teamed him some. Faulkner twins got the assignment of Euton and Jackson. But Knipp did play well.

You are wrong about the second part. He came out with 26.7 seconds to go after hitting 2 free throws. They did have someone ready to come in for him with about 1:30 to go, but there where no dead balls.

Only if you take out there only loss to Mason Co. Elliott's a very solid team, I hope they can pull it off. It will be very tough game for both teams, both have there own style, which is very different!!

Final score could have been a larger margin, but Coach Hampton played entire bench last 2-3 minutes of game. 1st half was very ugly by both teams (25-23 Lewis), Lewis played better 2nd half and was able to make some shots and wore down Bracken as Lewis pulled away and was up as many as 25 mid way thru 4th quarter. Bracken will get better, they play several young guys and Coach Fite will be patient with them. Good luck to both teams.

The public should know who the new UK coach will be on Wednesday. I can tell you that there is a deal 95% done. Can't say alot more, you will know on wed. Some of you have been posting the right guy. Some have been posting more than they should, some know alot about this situation. For the record, my info has come from someone that is close to the situation, and should know what is going on!!

They also reported that Nick Calathes said if Donovan came to Ky he would become a Wildcat also. Lucas said he would still highly consider UK if they would hire a coach with an uptempo style of play.
