Very good point about scheduling....agter that schedule, everything else is downhill. And a point about the freshman team..i saw them a couple of times, and Bonner has a LOT of work to do to contribute on the varsity level, as do most freshmen. But I wouldn't count on big things from him for a couple of years at best.

And it wouldn't surprise me a bit to see Ashland in the region finals, or even win it.

Anybody heard of Casey Jones? He at least deserves a mention at 22.5 ppg, 8.2 boards and 3 apg.

Drew McDavid is maybe not the best player in the region, but if there was an MVP vote, he'd get mine. Him and Jon Ferguson of Elliott are my two favorite players to watch in the region.

22.5 per game gets you no respect, huh? Jones from WC, like Owens does it night in and night out while being the focus of every opponents defense. And neither of them has a 6'6" post player to alleviate any pressure.

Nobody held Jones to anything, except himself. He got his feelings hurt, and decided to pack it in. Pouted the whole game. Never seen it from him before and I hope I never do again.

No use for West Carter to show up, huh? Maybe they'll just stay home and watch the Olympics, cause they obviously have NO chance against a team under .500, at home, that just lost a valuable starter....hmmmmmmmm. lol

This region is as wide open as I've ever seen it...no one team you can point at and say "There's your winner."
